ATV Rides: What to Expect

Last Update a month ago

VIAJE lists ATV (all-terrain vehicle) services from local providers across the Philippines.

How ATV booking works:
  • Pricing is quantity-based: the rate is multiplied by the number of riders or ATV units you select
  • ATV is a single-day activity, so there is no multi-night or multi-day pricing
  • Select your preferred date and number of riders when booking

    What to bring:
    • Valid government-issued ID
    • Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (recommended by most providers)
    • Water and sun protection

      Availability:
      • Available dates are shown in real-time on the booking page
      • Dates may be blocked by the provider for maintenance, holidays, or weather conditions
      • Date blocking is set by the provider only. No dates are blocked based on other customer bookings

        On arrival:
        • ATV bookings do not use a QR entry pass. Present your booking in My Viaje Wallet to the provider on arrival
        • Go to My Viaje Wallet and tap View on the booking to show your booking details and reference
        • Make sure payment shows as confirmed before you go
        • Arrive on time, as late arrivals may forfeit their slot

          Cancellation and refund:
          • The Cancel button is only available while the booking is unpaid (payment pending, failed, or rejected)
          • To cancel an unpaid booking, go to My Viaje Wallet, tap View on the booking, and tap Cancel Booking
          • Once your booking is paid or confirmed, cancellation is no longer available, so submit a refund request instead
          • Refund requests are time-limited. Eligibility is shown in the app, and applicable fees may be deducted
          • No-shows and promotional bookings are not eligible for refund
          • To request a refund, go to My Viaje Wallet, tap View on the booking, and tap Request Refund. You may also contact [email protected] or live chat if you need help
